What happens when you upgrade

Install and sign in first

Use Microsoft sign-in in Outlook so the hosted account page can match the current mailbox before checkout starts.

Start the plan change from account

Checkout, upgrades, cancellations, and payment updates stay in the hosted account flow instead of the Outlook task pane.

Refresh Outlook after billing changes

After payment or an upgrade, reopen the task pane so the add-in can load the latest plan and scan allowance.

Can I try Phishport before paying?

Yes. Install the add-in on the included plan and scan suspicious mail right away. No credit card is required to start.

What happens when I upgrade?

Start from your account page, complete Paddle-hosted checkout, and reopen the Outlook task pane to load the new plan and scan allowance.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Yes. Cancel future renewals from subscription management at any time. The current billing period stays active until it expires.

What payment methods are accepted?

How do I get a refund?

Reply to your Paddle receipt email for the fastest path. Refund requests are eligible within 30 days of the transaction date. See the refund policy for full terms.
