Who Handles Billing

Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the Merchant of Record for paid Outlook add-in orders and handles payment processing and returns.

Refund Eligibility

• Initial purchases and renewal charges are eligible for a refund request within 30 days of the transaction date.
• Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal charge but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
• If a refund is approved, the related paid entitlement may be downgraded to the free beta tier after processing.

How To Request A Refund

• Reply to the Paddle receipt email for the fastest billing and refund path.
• You can also contact support@phish-port.com or +4732994078 and include the receipt email address, Microsoft account email, plan, and approximate charge date.
• Use the account page to cancel future renewals if you do not want the subscription to continue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary, so the posted reversal may appear a few business days after the refund is issued.
